The training will be limited only to: (1) the elders and responsible brothers of the local churches; (2) serving brothers who regularly meet with the elders in bearing responsibility for the church; and (3) brothers learning to bear responsibility for the church, as recommended by the elders. - Meeting Schedule:

Registration guidelines:
- No individual registration: All the brothers should be registered corporately by church or cluster of churches with the coordination of a local registrar.
- Screening: All registrants will be screened and approved by the elders or co-workers.
- Coordinate with the designated local registrar: All registration information will be submitted to the registrar from your locality/cluster/province/region, who will CONFIRM accepted registrations.

Your registration will be PENDING confirmation from your registrar. (Registrars can fill up for those who need assistance.) - Coordinate with your local registrar concerning all payments, registration information and other updates. Overseas registrants will be coordinated directly by the registration service of the PTERO.
Registration deadline: September 7, 2026
The registration form and fees must both be submitted on or before the deadline. Registrations are not considered complete until the registration fees are deposited and received.
Hotel accommodation
Hotel accommodation: Please book your own hotel accommodations. You can refer to the attached list of accommodation suggestions.
Meeting hall accommodation
Accommodation in the meeting halls of Metro Manila will be available from October 22 to October 25, 2026. First registered with payment, first served, but subject to final arrangement by the accommodation service.
- Accommodation Fee: Php 500 (maximum of 4 nights)
- Up to 3 additional nights can be requested for Php 250 per night.
Meals: Meals will be served from lunch of Friday, October 23 up to lunch Lord’s Day, October 25. For those who registered for meeting hall accommodations, meals will also be covered during the period of stay.
Transportation
- Saints accommodated at the meeting halls will be provided transport to and from the venue.
- No transportation service from the hotels to the venue will be offered.
Serving ones designated as the registrars for the churches must secure their own REGISTRAR ACCOUNT to access the online registration system. Those with existing accounts still need to reactivate them through the Registrar Signup.
