| General | All training meetings will be held at the Bible Truth Minsitry(BTM), Yong-in City, Korea |
| Training | The training will cover the same subject as the July Semiannual Training and will be conducted in English. |
| Schedule: | Training Meetings will be from July 21 to 24, 2026, followed by a blending trip from July 24 to 26, 2026. All trainees should arrive a day before the start of the training, on July 20. |
| Lodging: | Hospitality will be provided from July 20 through July 25, and meals will be provided from dinner on July 20 to dinner on July 26. |
| Transportation: | All qualified/ approved Registrants will be booking their flight as a group/s. You will be informed and coordinated. |
Qualifications
The following may register as trainees for ICTA 2026:
- College students
- Incoming freshmen (S.Y . 2026–2027)
- Fresh graduates
Serving ones of the students are also encouraged to register. However, the approved ratio is: 1 Serving One for every 9 Students
If the number of students does not meet the required ratio, it is advised to fellowship with nearby local churches, clusters, provinces, or regions to meet the proportion, should serving ones be registered with the participants from a particular area.
Registration Guidelines
- Registration must be done by group (Local Church / Cluster / Province / Region).
- Individual registrations will not be accepted. Each area must designate a registrar to coordinate all registration matters.
- The Philippines has 100 slots only for ICTA 2026. Registration is on a First Come, First Served basis. A “No Payment, No Registration” policy will be strictly implemented.
Deadline of Registration
Deadline of Registration is April 13, 2026. We encourage all interested saints to register early.
Registration Procedure
- Submission of Registration Form
- Download and complete the official Excel registration form through this link: https://tinyurl.com/reg-form-excel-down (reg form updated: March 3, 2026)
- Send the accomplished registration form to: [email protected]
- The ICTA Registration Coordinator will reply to confirm receipt and acceptance of the registration form. If there are concerns or clarifications regarding the registrants’ information, the local registrar will be contacted. Once the registration is accepted, the registrar will be requested to forward the registration fee.
- Registration Fee is $380.00 (USD) per person, inclusive of:
- Meals (Dinner of July 20 to Dinner of July 26)
- Hospitality (July 20–25)
- The registration fee does NOT include:
- Plane tickets
- Visa application expenses
- Travel tax
- Pocket money
- Other personal expenses

- Once the deposit has been confirmed, the registrar will be notified and the registration will be officially confirmed.
Post-Registration Steps
After registration is confirmed, visa application processing may begin. Coordinated booking of flights will follow.
An online fellowship will be scheduled to discuss further details. The coordinating one or registrar will be requested to add all registrants to the official group chat for communication and coordination.
