The registration form and fees must both be submitted on or before the deadline. Registrations are not considered complete until the registration fees are deposited and received.
Hotel accommodation
Please book your own hotel accommodations. There are many hotels around the venue at various price points. You can refer to the attached List of Nearby Hotels for some recommendations.
Meeting hall accommodation
Please indicate your accommodation request in the registration form.
Meeting hall accommodation will be available from October 2 to October 6, 2025 only. First registered with online payment, first served, but subject to final arrangement by the accommodation department.
- Bed accommodation (₱600): 320 slots allocated:
- Luzon: 130 slots [FULL]
- Visayas: 30 slots [FULL]
- Mindanao: 160 slots [FULL]
- As of August 11, 2025 – ALL Bed Slots for Luzon, Visayas, and Mindnao are already FULL.
- Floor accommodation (₱400): 280 slots available. Priority is for lower-income saints.
- As of August 27, 2025 – ALL FLOOR Slots for Luzon, Visayas, and Mindnao are already FULL.
Saints accommodated at the meeting hall should bring their own jackets, blanket, towel, toiletries, medicines, and other personal necessities. Washing of clothes is not allowed.
Meals: Lunch will be served at the venue on Friday, October 3, and Saturday, October 4. Please take your breakfast and dinner at your respective accommodations. For those staying at hotels, please take care of your own breakfast and dinner.
Please note that no lunch will be provided on Lord’s day, October 5.
Transportation
Because of the limited vehicles available during the training, everyone is encouraged to arrange their own transportation to the venue.
Daily transportation
No transportation service from the hotels to the venue will be provided. Various transportation options such as taxis, jeepneys, and other public transport are available.
Saints accommodated at the meeting hall will be provided transport to and from the venue.
Airport and pier arrivals
1. For those who will be accommodated in hotels:
No airport and pier pickup service will be provided for those staying in hotels. Please arrange your own transportation to your own accommodations.
2. For those who will be accommodated in the meeting hall:
SM City Cebu and pier pickup services are provided for those accommodated at the meeting hall and who will be arriving in groups.
SM City Cebu pickup:
- Please indicate your pick-up request with your flight details in the registration form.
- Due to traffic and vehicle constraints, all saints arriving by plane at the Mactan–Cebu International Airport will be picked up at the SM City Cebu MyBus Terminal. The saints may take the convenient and affordable MyBus from the airport to SM City Cebu. Upon arrival, please proceed to the PTERO service area for assistance.
- Please note that MyBus is available only from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily, at 20-minute intervals. Regular fare is ₱50 per passenger.
- For those arriving after 10:00 PM and before 7:00 AM, please arrange your own transportation to the meeting hall.
Pier pickup:
- For those arriving by ferry/ship, please indicate your pick-up request with your arrival details in the registration form.
