Conference Location Guidelines
- Each conference location is encouraged to have at least fifty registered young people.
- Each location should have full-time, stay-in serving ones to oversee the young people. They must join the sessions, small groups, and activities and participate in the corporate living. Locations with many participants should provide enough serving ones for proper care and shepherding.
- Each location should designate a statistics in-charge who can submit attendance and other requested statistics throughout the conference.
- In addition to the serving ones, each location should arrange saints for cooking, meal preparation, cleaning, technical support, and other practical services, so the serving ones can focus on shepherding and overseeing the young people.
- Because some messages may be transmitted online, every location must have stable internet and suitable audio-video equipment. A backup arrangement for power or internet interruption is strongly encouraged.
- Each location should provide suitable accommodation and maintain a proper spiritual atmosphere for the young people and serving ones throughout the conference.
Setting Up Conference Locations
Churches or regions that plan to host a conference location should bring the matter into fellowship with the coordinating brothers. The suggested number is fifty registered young people per location.
All proposed conference locations must confirm on or before October 31, 2026. The conference-location confirmation form and the complete list of confirmed locations and contact persons will be announced separately.

Registration
- Registration is by church, cluster, province, or conference location. No individual registration is allowed. Young people should coordinate with their respective leading ones concerning the conference location they will join. We encourage the young people to follow the arrangement of their respective locality, province or region with regards to conference location.
- Each conference location will determine its registration fee and final registration deadline according to its arrangements. November 22, 2026 (Lord’s Day) is suggested as the registration deadline.
- Submission of participant information and donations should be coordinated with the designated contact person of the conference location.
- All participant information and payments must be submitted by the deadline announced by the conference location. Late registrations may no longer be accepted.
Important Reminders
- All participants must check in at their assigned conference locations and participate in the corporate living. Individual viewing is not allowed, and no Zoom link will be provided for individual use.
- All participants are expected to attend the complete schedule, including all messages, small groups, activities, and practical services.
- Participants should be seated and ready at least five minutes before every session.
- Each location should communicate its own check-in instructions, registration fee, things to bring, and practical arrangements to its registered participants.
