Announcement
To the saints and churches of the Philippines,
Due to our current pandemic situation and quarantine measures imposed by the government, we are not able to conduct our annual Collegian Training which is usually done on the months of April, May or June of the previous years. However considering the huge amount of free time our young people have and having given a wide access of the technology, we are burdened before the Lord to have an online Collegian Conference via Zoom. The details of the conference are described below.
May the Lord release our people and be preserved for our Lord’s interest and testimony.

Guidelines
- The conference will take place on Zoom. Every person attending needs to register individually, even if they are sharing a device. Registration is by individual please access this
- Set your Name in Zoom. Please ensure that your name is correct, and not the name of your device, or the login password, or strange. If you have a Zoom account, you can set your name in your Zoom profile.
Set your name, last name and locality like in a conference name badge (e.g. Ezra Bernabe, Malolos). If you have 2 first names, choose the one you are called or known. (Click here for instructions for changing your name once you are logged into a meeting.) - Virtual Appearance.
- We need to maintain a proper appearance in order to take care of the atmosphere of the conference. Please dress as if you were coming to an in-person conference. Collared shirt or blouse (for sisters), without distracting color or design.
- We require that you would constantly turn on your cam but be mindful of your background (visual and audio). If there are any noise in your area (e.g. vehicle sounds, animal sounds, or voices of people in you environment) kindly mute your mic to prevent distracting the meeting
- Finally, if you set your profile picture, make sure that it is not distracting. If it is set, then when your camera is turned off, your profile picture is displayed and other attendees will see it.
