Information

Date: October 5-7, 2023 (Thursday to Saturday)

Location: Marriott Grand Ballroom and Convention Center,  Newport World Resorts Complex, Pasay City, Philippines

All Philippine-based registrants must register for the ITERO and other needs (request for hospitality, Lord’s day blending meeting, blending tours) through their church registrar. Churches or cluster of churches must designate a registrar for this purpose; must have active e-mail and cellphone number. (Registrars must sign up ASAP; click here for instructions.)

Registration for Philippine-based Participants

  1. Registration is by church; no individual registration.
  2. Registration Donation for Philippine residents:  Php 9000 (includes daily lunch and 2 snacks). Please do not register Filipinos who do not live within the country. Filipinos living overseas must register with their own locality abroad.

Accommodation Options

Recommended hotel options

  1. Manila Mariott Hotel:
    • Single occupancy – Php 6500 per day (inclusive of breakfast)
    • Double occupancy – Php 7000 per day (inclusive of breakfasts)
    • Triple occupancy – Php 8500 per day (inclusive of breakfasts and extra bed)
  2. Holiday Inn Express:
    • 2 persons in a small room – Php 4400 per day (inclusive of breakfasts)

For hotel bookings, you may find companions and book together via provided booking link for applicable discounted rates.

Own arrangements

Brothers have the option to arrange for their own accommodations or book their own preferred hotels. We recommend that you find accommodations near the venue. For self-arrangements, please do not forget to arrange your daily breakfast and dinner.

Hospitality (for Philippine residents only)

Meeting halls of some churches in Metro Manila will provide hospitality for saints from far localities who may have this need, under the following guidelines:

  • Registration for accommodation in the meeting halls of Metro Manila churches is centralized. Please do not directly contact with individual local churches.
  • Subject to availability; first-come first-served basis.
  • Available from Oct. 4 (Wednesday) afternoon to Oct. 9 (Monday) 8a.m. only.
  • Donation of P3500 per person. Same rate for late check-in and early check-out.
  • Accommodation consists of bed space, with pillows and blankets.
  • Includes breakfasts (from Oct 5-9) and dinners (from Oct 4-8), transportation to and from the training venue, and Oct. 8 blending.
  • Strictly for ITERO participants (brothers) from outside Metro Manila; accompanying spouses and children are NOT allowed.
  • Bring own towels and other personal necessities.
  • The saints assigned to be accommodated in a specific Metro Manila meeting hall will meet and have lunch with the hosting local church on Oct. 8 (Lord’s day).

Lord’s Day Blending

Date: October 8, 2023

Each visiting saint who wants to attend the October 8 Lord’s day blending meeting with the hosting churches needs to register. Brothers registering for ITERO must indicate their intention to join in their registration. Sisters accompanying their husbands must also register. There is no fee to join but registration is required.

Transportation and lunch will be provided for foreign and out-of-town participants.

Blending Tours

These tours are open to all EXCEPT those accommodated in the meeting halls of Metro Manila churches.

Spouses day tours

  • For sisters accompanying their husbands to the ITERO. Not applicable to spouses of brothers requesting hospitality in Metro Manila meeting halls.
  • Dates: October 5-7
  • Itinerary includes Metro Manila and Tagaytay
  • Registration donation: USD 120 per person
  • Includes lunches, transportation by chartered bus, snacks and water, admission fees to all destinations and activities.

Southern Luzon Blending Tour

  • Dates: October 8-10
  • Itinerary includes Laguna and Quezon Provinces.
  • Registration donation: USD 280 per person (based on twin sharing)
  • Inclusions:
    • Meals (breakfast lunch and dinner) from Oct. 8 lunch to Oct 10 lunch
    • Transportation by chartered bus
    • Hotel accommodations for 3 nights (twin sharing)
    • Admission fees to all attractions

Northern Luzon Blending Tour

  • Dates: October 8-10
  • Itinerary includes Baguio City and La Trinidad, Benguet.
  • Registration donation: USD 280 per person (based on twin sharing)

    • Transportation by chartered bus
    • Hotel accommodations for 3 nights (twin sharing)

Registrar sign-up

For assigned registrars only. One registrar per church or group of churches.

Registration for the ITERO is by church, and only assigned registrars can enter registration information of the participating brothers into the online registration system. Designated registrars for a local church or a cluster of churches must sign up to access their registration dashboard where they can add participants and manage their information. Registrars must have an active cellphone number and e-mail. Registrars must be authorized by the elders or co-workers to serve in this capacity.

  1. Send a text message to 0951-200-2112 with the following information:
    • Name
    • Locality
    • Active email address
    • Authorized by: ( indicate names of elders/co-workers authorizing you as registrar)
  2. After your information is verified, you will receive a link where you can set-up your registrar account.
  3. Your account will be activated after being reviewed, and you will receive an e-mail confirmation and instructions.
